Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 September 2026 · Last updated: 13 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website prasara.site, the client dashboards and onboarding tools we provide, and our services. The website and services are provided by PRASĀRA (“we”, “us”). By using the website or dashboards, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business use

Our website, dashboards and services are intended primarily for businesses and professional clients. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

2. Services and client agreements

PRASĀRA provides marketing and technology services for hospitality and lifestyle businesses, which may include advertising management (for example Google Ads and Meta), local search and Google Business Profile optimisation, SEO, website development, content, analytics set-up and reporting dashboards.

The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for each client are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Dashboard access and accounts

  • We may give clients access to a dashboard showing data from their own advertising, analytics, business profile and connected sales or booking accounts.
  • Login credentials are personal. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@prasara.site of any unauthorised use.
  • Clients may grant our agency accounts access to their Google, Meta or other platform accounts. By doing so, you confirm that you are authorised to grant that access. You can revoke it at any time.
  • Clients remain the owners of their advertising accounts and are responsible for amounts paid to advertising platforms, unless agreed otherwise.
  • We may suspend dashboard access to protect the security of the service, and access ends when the engagement ends.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website or dashboards for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other clients’ data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
  • scrape, copy, resell or redistribute dashboard data or website content, except your own data for your internal business use;
  • submit false information or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • ask us to run advertising that breaches advertising platform policies or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The website, dashboards, software, design, text, graphics and trademarks of PRASĀRA are owned by us or our licensors. Materials created specifically for a client, such as ad copy, creatives or website content, are transferred or licensed to the client as set out in the client agreement. Clients retain all rights in their brand assets and data and grant us a limited licence to use them to deliver the services. We publish case studies about a client only with that client’s permission.

6. Confidentiality and client data

  • The client owns its data, including data in its connected advertising, analytics and sales accounts.
  • We use client data only to deliver the agreed services and do not disclose it to other clients.
  • Access to client data is limited to staff and service providers who need it to deliver the services.
  • A non-disclosure agreement, client agreement or data processing agreement may set additional obligations, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and Cloudflare. We do not control their availability, policy changes, account restrictions or the accuracy of the data they report. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and dashboards are provided “as is” and “as available”. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms and the client’s own operations. Results in case studies describe past engagements and do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and unless the client agreement provides otherwise:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
  • our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Suspension and termination

Service engagements end as set out in the client agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or dashboards if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or when the engagement ends. On termination, clients should remove our access to their accounts, and client data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the client agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability, survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

For clients, the governing law and the venue for resolving disputes are set out in the client agreement. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are located.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as they apply to the website and dashboards. The current version is published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting existing paid engagements are governed by the client agreement and will be communicated to clients as that agreement requires.
